This list was compiled from entries to a competition published in the NSW Motorist Handbook, sent to approximately 2,500,000 motorists in NSW during 1997/98. Respondents to the competition were made aware that data would be made available to outside organisations. There are in excess of 67,000 records on file, all of which include car make, model and year, gender, type of finance, level of insurance and telephone number. Age details are available on75% of records.
The list covers an extensive range of standard passenger vehicles as well as luxury cars, 4WDs and motor cycles.
Approximately 25% of the database is aged between 18-36, whilst those aged 37-56 account for 32%. Almost 18% are aged over 57.
Almost half (45%) of the cars in file are less than 8 years old, with 21% of cars under 4 years (including 1998 vehicles).
The file is split 57% male and 43% female.

Where a list is rented it may be used one time only. Copying in any form is prohibited and lists are seeded with dummy names to detect unauthorised use.
Where a list is purchased it can not be re-sold.
We require two sample mailing packages for approval.
